License To Carry

All class fees are NON REFUNDABLE and do not include the state application fee. Class completion does not guarantee a License to Carry will be approved. The Texas Department of Public Safety makes the final decision based on their guidelines.

Public LTC classes must have a minimum of 6 students. Classes with less than 6 students are subject to cancellation and will be rescheduled.

If you need to reschedule your class date, please call (713) 461.5900 or email the Athena Training staff at [email protected] as soon as possible. We require 48 hours advanced notice to reschedule and a $25 rescheduling fee.

Individuals must be 18 years of age to attend this class, however guests under 21 must bring their own handgun and ammunition.
